    Validity

    • First Birthday Offer vouchers are valid for 8 weeks from the date of purchase.
    • Treatments must be booked and redeemed within the 8-week validity period.
    • Any unused vouchers will expire after this date and cannot be extended.

    Laser Hair Removal

    • A consultation and patch test must be completed before commencing laser hair removal.
    • Both the consultation and first laser treatment must take place within the 8-week validity period.
    • Laser treatments are subject to suitability following consultation.

    Booking & Cancellation

    • All appointments are subject to availability.
    • Our standard 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.
    • Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the voucher being redeemed and cannot be refunded or reissued.

    Suitability

    • All advanced treatments, including laser hair removal, are subject to consultation and suitability assessment.
    • If, following consultation, you are deemed unsuitable for your chosen treatment, we will recommend an alternative treatment of equal voucher value, where appropriate.
    • If no safe or suitable alternative treatment can be offered, a full refund will be issued.

    Voucher Conditions

    • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
