My Journey

After a career in teaching and education, I followed my heart and retrained in beauty therapy in 2010 and I’ve never looked back. I knew this was my true calling, and building Laser and Beauty by Gemma has proven that passion and purpose go hand in hand.

From a small room in a hair salon, to owning my own space, navigating a global pandemic, and raising my two boys, I’ve poured everything into creating a business I’m proud of. Today, I’m not only running a thriving salon, but also growing a team of professionals who share my values, learn from my experience, and help shape the brand we’re continuing to build together.

My loyal client base is a testament to my work ethic, professionalism, and the high-quality, results-focused treatments I provide. I’m Level 4 qualified and I never stop striving to grow.
