
24-Hour Reschedule and Cancellation Policy
(Other Treatments)
To ensure the smooth running of appointments and availability for all clients, the following reschedule and cancellation policy applies:
1. Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a booking fee being applied.
2. Booking Fees for Missed Appointments and Late Arrivals:

A £20 booking fee will be required before another appointment can be booked for appointments lasting less than one hour.

For appointments lasting over one hour, a £30 booking fee will be required. Please note late arrival (more than 10 minutes late) to your appointment may result in me not being able to carry out part or all of your treatments and will results in the booking fee being applied or treatment cost, whichever is the lowest.
3. Non-Refundable Fees:

The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. It serves as a way to cover the lost time and resources from the missed appointment.
4. Future Appointments:

No new bookings will be accepted until the outstanding booking fee is paid in full.
By booking an appointment, clients agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
