1. What treatments do you offer?
We offer a range of advanced beauty and skin treatments including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, microneedling, chemical peels, bespoke facials, and other targeted skincare solutions, as well as, medical grade pedicures, waxing, lash and brow services and BIAB gel nails.
2. How do I book an appointment?
You can easily book online through our website or contact us directly via phone or email. We require full payment and/or a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment for some treatments.
3. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in forfeiture of the full payment, deposit of fee incurred. You can read the full policy here
4. Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
For most treatments, especially laser and some advanced facials, we recommend a consultation and patch test to assess your skin and discuss your goals. Click here to book a free consultation
5. Are your treatments suitable for all skin types?

8. Does laser hair removal hurt?
Most clients describe the sensation as a mild snap or flick, similar to a rubber band. Our technology includes cooling features to minimise discomfort.
9. Can I get laser treatment if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not recommend laser treatments during pregnancy or breastfeeding as a precaution. You’re welcome to book a free consultation for treatment planning post-pregnancy.
10. What should I do before and after a laser treatment?
Before your session, avoid sun exposure, waxing, or tanning for at least 2 weeks. After treatment, keep the area clean, avoid heat or friction, and follow all aftercare instructions provided. 11. Is there any downtime after a laser session?
There’s usually no downtime. You may experience mild redness or sensitivity for a few hours post-treatment. You can typically resume normal activities the same day.
12. Can I shave, wax before my laser appointment?

13. How long will it take to see results from laser treatments?
