Validity
Facial Introductory Offer vouchers are valid exclusively for appointments with Libby on the following dates:
- Wednesday 16th September 2026
- Wednesday 23rd September 2026
- Wednesday 30th September 2026
- Wednesday 7th October 2026
The treatment purchased must be booked and redeemed on one of the above dates.
Vouchers expire after 7th October 2026 and cannot be extended beyond this date.
Booking & Availability
Purchase of a voucher does not constitute an appointment booking. Appointments must be booked separately and are subject to availability.
We recommend booking your appointment as soon as possible after purchasing your voucher.
Promotional treatments are available with Libby only and cannot be transferred to an appointment with another practitioner.
Voucher sales and appointment availability will be managed to reflect the number of promotional appointments available. In the event that we are unable to offer a suitable appointment on any of the promotional dates due to clinic availability, a refund will be offered.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
Our standard 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.
Appointments may be rescheduled provided more than 48 hours’ notice is given; however, the new appointment must still fall on one of the promotional dates listed above and will be subject to availability.
Missed appointments or cancellations/rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the voucher being redeemed. The voucher cannot then be refunded, reissued or transferred to another date.
Our standard clinic policy regarding late arrival also applies. Where a late arrival means there is insufficient time to safely complete the treatment, the appointment may need to be treated as a missed appointment.
Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability assessment.
Clients are responsible for informing us of any relevant medical conditions, medications, changes to their health or other circumstances which may affect their suitability for treatment.
If, following consultation, you are deemed unsuitable for the treatment purchased, we will recommend an appropriate alternative treatment of equal voucher value where possible.
If no safe or suitable alternative treatment can be offered, a full refund will be issued.
Voucher Conditions
Vouchers are valid only for the specific Facial Introductory Offer purchased and cannot be exchanged for another treatment except where an alternative is required due to treatment suitability.
Vouchers:
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount;
- cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings or treatments already purchased; and
- are non-refundable except where treatment is deemed unsuitable following consultation or where we are unable to provide a suitable promotional appointment due to clinic availability.
Multiple different promotional treatments may be purchased. However, each individual promotional treatment is limited to one per person unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers may be purchased as a gift. The recipient must meet all relevant treatment suitability requirements and these Terms & Conditions will apply in full to the recipient.
Promotional Appointments
These offers have been created specifically to introduce Libby to our clients as she joins the Laser & Beauty team and to provide introductory availability for her facial treatments.
All promotional appointments will therefore be carried out by Libby.
General
These promotional Terms & Conditions apply in addition to our standard clinic booking, cancellation and website purchase policies.
Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary. Any changes will not affect a client’s statutory consumer rights.
